SALES REPRESENTATIVE
(FULL-TIME)

SUMMARY

Bancroft Brewing Co. is currently seeking applicants for an Internal/External Sales Representative to cover the Bancroft, Kawartha Lakes, etc... cottage country areas as well as province-wide LCBO sales.

The sales representative is responsible for working independently on the road as well as with the existing sales team to grow sales across the region in all areas of the business, including LCBO, Licensee and Agency Stores.

This role includes a combination of on-site, field and home office work.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proudly represent the Bancroft Brewing Co. brand and ensure our vision and values are maintained in the marketplace
• Develop new relationships with licensees in your region
• Support existing licensee customers to grow sales and ensure their needs are being met ·
• Generate new sales within LCBO stores, including cold-calling, tastings, and general account maintenance
• Implement and fully utilize marketing initiatives to increase consumer loyalty and beer sales for all channels
• Work with the accounts management team to manage accounts receivables
• Assist with marketing efforts (i.e. photo taking in the field)
• Provide regular updates to the Owner and Head of Marketing
• Plan events to represent and market Bancroft Brewing Co
• Occasional retail or event engagements may be required

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional customer service skills
• A passion for great beer and a strong knowledge of beer styles
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing with strong public speaking skills
• Excellent communicator, personable, warm and friendly with a positive attitude
• Smart Serve certification
• At least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work flexible and occasionally long hours
• Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts
• Travel may be required for festivals and events
• Ability to lift/ move up to 100 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time (8 hours).
